Election of the Executive committee (EC) 2026-2027 of Ex-Shaheens Association Dhaka (ESAD) will be held at ESAD Office on Saturday, December 06, 2025 from 10:00am to 4:00pm according to the following schedule:
1. Last date of voter registration – Monday, November 17, 2025
2. Last date of voter list correction – Thursday, November 20, 2025
3. Publication of final voter list – Saturday, November 22, 2025
4. Nomination paper distribution – Sunday, November 23, 2025
5. Last date of nomination paper submission – Tuesday, November 25, 2025
6. Legal nomination list announcement – Wednesday, November 26, 2025
7. Nomination paper withdraw last date – Thursday, November 27, 2025
8. Final candidate list – Saturday, November 29, 2025
9. Election Date -Saturday, December 06, 2025.
To vote or contest the EC Election, Members must comply with the requirements and must have renewed their membership up to the year 2025. Result to be announced by the Chief Election Commissioner after receiving the certified result from the Election Commission.
